Lightweight and robust:
Fibre composites from KREMPEL in aviation
Fibre composite materials have now become firmly established in the aircraft industry. There are good reasons for this. Varying the fibre-matix combination enables materials with "tailor-made" properties to be produced.
Above all, the combination of high E modulus and extreme tensile strength with low weight speaks for itself. Today conventional materials are thus being increasingly replaced by prepregs: phenol-resin prepregs based on glass-fibre fabrics are good examples for interior use. In the high-load primary-structure sector, for instance, epoxy-resin prepregs based on carbon-fibre UD and glass-fibre fabrics are used.
Put your trust in quality. You can rely on prepregs, sheets, tubes and profiles from Krempel.
