Support is available from the KREMPEL-GROUP in designing your components to be made from composite materials. Depending on the complexity and the dimensional accuracy required, both part and the tool for this are designed with the help of 3-D CAD. The data exchange with our customers can be realised by any of the many common data formats used e.g., IGES, UG, STEP, VDA, DXF, Parasolid, ACIS,

Design and dimensioning are based on the requirements the customer has specifed. Our many years of experience are then applied in designing the component. The laminate build is realised using such methods of classic strength and laminate theories. FEM analysis techniques are applied for more complex dimensioning assignments, whereby the FEM system MSCNastran certified by the FAA is the method preferentially used.
