AAVF has an impressive range of injection and compression moulding capabilities. AAVF is extensively involved with advanced engineering materials, such as "PEEK", but also uses general engineering plastics including nylon, acetal and ABS etc.

For our thermosetting materials, we process epoxy resins and dough moulding compounds by compression and direct screw transfer.
AAVF also specialises in the moulding-in of metal tags and inserts.
